Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CCO's complex schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the organization and coordination of award submissions, including gathering materials, adhering to deadlines, and tracking progress.
- Team Management: Coordinate team outings, events, and off-site meetings, including venue selection, logistics, and budget management.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as email management, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive demeanour.
- Office Management: Assist with office-related tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Freelance Coordination: Manage freelance resources by identifying needs, evaluating skills and availability, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective integration with the internal team.
Ideal candidate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years as a traffic manager or in a similar role, with solid resource management and project coordination skills.
- Organized: Highly organized, even when things get chaotic.
- Team Player: A team spirit that shines in crucial moments, helping everyone stay on track.
- Great Listener: A good ear for everyone's needs, ensuring clear and effective communication.
