LG2 is looking for a Resource Manager to support the Creative team at our Toronto office. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for overseeing the team’s workload, managing resources efficiently, and keeping communication flowing smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CCO's complex schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the organization and coordination of award submissions, including gathering materials, adhering to deadlines, and tracking progress.
  • Team Management: Coordinate team outings, events, and off-site meetings, including venue selection, logistics, and budget management.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as email management, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive demeanour.
  • Office Management: Assist with office-related tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Freelance Coordination: Manage freelance resources by identifying needs, evaluating skills and availability, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective integration with the internal team.

Ideal candidate

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years as a traffic manager or in a similar role, with solid resource management and project coordination skills.
  • Organized: Highly organized, even when things get chaotic.
  • Team Player: A team spirit that shines in crucial moments, helping everyone stay on track.
  • Great Listener: A good ear for everyone's needs, ensuring clear and effective communication.
