We are currently looking for an Account Manager who will work closely with the entire team on various advertising, digital and design mandates. As the engine of your team, you will develop and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with your clients and in-house teams and partners. Your role will be to manage and coordinate our 360-degree campaigns, clarifying clients’ needs through briefs and strategic reports developed in collaboration with the Strategist and Creative Director. You are an excellent analyst and critical thinker who will act as the guardian of our clients’ brands and you will ensure that all stakeholders respect the vision for each account.
Responsibilities
- Determine resource requirements for project execution and coordinate projects from start to finish
- Utilize strategic thinking to contribute to project planning and design processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities
- Possess fluency in business, creative, and digital language, enabling effective communication across different domains
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure smooth project workflow and timely completion
- Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges with ease
- Embrace a fast-paced work environment and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing setting
Ideal Profile
- At least 3 years of experience at an ad agency
- Team player who can skilfully manage complex situations
- Enjoys establishing and closely tracking budgets and deadlines
- An organized, resourceful, multitasking ninja
- Detail-oriented and solid under pressure
- Passion for big ideas and the creative product, and a love for innovation
- Taking the initiative comes naturally
- A nice bonus: bilingual in English and French
